Cow and Deer

Cow and Deer have many similarities. They both chew their cud and have four chambered stomachs. They are both eaten by humans. The females have longer noses in comparison to the males. They both love to eat salt. They are both today’s fabric animal print.

Redelman Fabric’s very own Fresian Cow Black/White is a lovely soft velvet with a very luxurious feel. It has a large vertical repeat at 71cm and does not repeat at all in the horizontal direction.

These furry fabrics are a fun way to add a bit of texture into a design. They are also very challenging to photograph, so I can only recommend going to your nearest showroom to pet these soft fabrics!

Redelman’s very own Alpaca comes in White, Brown and Black. It is made of Australian alpacas and no animals were harmed in the process. The roll is extra wide at 210cm, making it very suitable for bedspreads or underblankets. As you can see in the photograph it has lovely movement in the fleece.

The Romans called zebras ‘hippotigris’ and trained them to pull carts in circuses. Zebras are certainly horse like but their uniquely striped coat sets them apart from all other horses. It is believed the zebras stripes help it camouflage making it difficult to focus on when moving thus making it harder to catch. In nature it is very unusual to find a zebra alone. They are social animals and stay together in family groups or larger herds. Today’s post is dedicated to the zebra pattern.

Baccarrat in Situ

Appears delicate but as it is made of vinyl it is highly durable, cleanable and can withstand all sorts of abuse. It is suitable for commercial specification including hotels, hospitality, health, aged care and retail. Also great for residential applications; feature rooms and walls, around kitchen islands and narrow staircases such as those in terrace houses. It is perfect for areas below the dado line and on high wear areas.
