The Tiger is the largest wild cat in the world and one of the most handsome. Easily recognisable by it’s coat, no two tigers have exactly the same stripes. Today’s post is dedicated to the beautiful patterns of this powerful predator.
Redelman Fabric’s very own Bengal Tiger is a beautiful soft velvet that goes from white through mustard to a rich golden yellow colour. It is soft, plush and has a large vertical repeat of 70cm.
Cyrisca Topaz is another stunning Redelman fabrics tiger. It is a honey brown chenille with black cotton stripes. The chenille catches the light giving a furry mottled effect while the stripes are matte giving an interesting texture contrast. It has a large horizontal repeat at 68.5cm (V- 49.5cm).
In nature the white tiger is a spectacular sight, the same can be said for Redelmans Linge Black White. This soft velvet tiger has a smaller repeat (V-30, H-35) which en mass works to a huge advantage.
The caramel and chocolate coloured Tiger Bark is a huge contrast to all the other soft feel Redelman Tigers. It is a woven masterpiece comprising of 75% cotton. Its repeat is also smaller (V-36cm, H- 35cm) which means it can be used to great effect on smaller objects.
